Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how RepuBridge may collect, use, and protect information through the public website, contact forms, and related business communications.

It is intended to provide a practical overview of our current data-handling approach.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company details, and message content.

We may also collect standard website usage information such as browser details, device information, and pages viewed.

How We Use Information

We may use information to respond to inquiries, provide product information, operate the website, improve our marketing content, support sales conversations, and maintain the security and reliability of our services.

Email and SMS Communications

If you contact us or request information, we may use your contact details to respond and to continue relevant business communications.

When RepuBridge sends SMS or email messages on behalf of our business customers as part of the review request workflow, those messages are sent to end-recipients who have an existing relationship with that business. Our business customers are responsible for ensuring they have obtained all necessary consents from their end-customers before using RepuBridge to send communications.

RepuBridge commercial emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every outbound email includes sender identification and a mechanism to opt out of future messages. Opt-out requests are processed promptly.

SMS messages sent through RepuBridge are subject to TCPA requirements. Our business customers are responsible for obtaining prior express written consent from recipients before sending SMS marketing or promotional messages through the platform. RepuBridge does not send SMS messages to any recipient without instruction from the business customer operating the campaign.
