Security

A practical overview of how we approach data protection and service security.

Last updated: April 20, 2026

How we approach security

This page describes our current security approach in plain language. We review and refine these safeguards as the product and operations evolve.

Data protection principles

We keep data handling focused on what is needed to run and improve the service.

  • We collect information needed for product functionality and support.
  • We use data for operating, maintaining, and improving RepuBridge.
  • We avoid unnecessary collection where practical.

Access controls

Access to systems and customer data is limited to authorized personnel and processes.

  • Access is limited to personnel or processes with an operational need.
  • Access credentials are managed and reviewed as part of normal operations.
  • We aim to follow least-necessary access in day-to-day work.

Encryption and secure transport

We use standard secure transport practices for data moving between users and the service.

  • Connections to RepuBridge use HTTPS/TLS in transit.
  • Sensitive credentials and secrets are handled through controlled configuration.
  • We avoid exposing secrets in application code or logs where possible.

Backups and monitoring

We use operational safeguards to support service reliability and recovery.

  • Backups are maintained to support continuity and recovery.
  • Monitoring and logs are used to identify operational issues.
  • Operational alerts help us respond to service health problems.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you found a security issue, report it and we will review it responsibly.

  • Contact: support@repubridge.com
  • Do not exploit a vulnerability or access data without permission.
  • Include clear reproduction steps so we can investigate faster.

Third-party processors

RepuBridge relies on a small set of third-party providers to operate the service.

  • Examples include hosting/infrastructure, email delivery, and SMS delivery providers.
  • Processor access is limited to what is needed for service operation.
  • We review providers as part of ongoing operational decisions.

Account and data requests

For account access, data deletion, or security-related questions, contact us and we will route your request to the right team.
